Following its launch to individual customers last year, Standard Life Healthcare is now offering its cash plan to the corporate market.
It believes its Health Cash Plan is unusual in that it pays in full up to the chosen benefit level, not just 50 or 75 per cent as is the case with some other cash plans. The plan also includes an absence from work sickness benefit which pays up to £400 per policy year.
Groups of three or more unrelated employees can be covered and will attract a discount of 10 per cent from individual rates, with even larger discounts for groups of more than 100 lives.
Premiums on the corporate plan start from only £1.38 a week.
