The head office of long term care (LTC) insurance provider, PPP lifetime care, is transferring from Stratford to Bristol on April 3. The company, which is part of AXA Sun Life, is moving to take full advantage of the greater resources and wider distribution capabilities of the larger organisation.
Jacque Langford, whose title has changed to head of retired market development as a result of the move, commented: “Now we are part of the AXA group, we have the opportunity to look at the issues and concerns of the whole retired market, including LTC, and come up with real solutions to the problems that affect the elderly. I am looking forward to our working closer with AXA, whose reputation for pensions and investments has always been excellent.”
Although the key interactive telephone number for the dedicated IFA support team will stay the same after the move, PPP lifetime care has been running a major programme to keep IFAs up-to-date with any impending changes to daily contact numbers.
