Norwich Union Healthcare managing director Mike Siomiak has left the organisation.
His departure follows that of the company’s former sales director Steve Carroll, which was reported in last month’s issue of Health Insurance.
In the interim period before Norwich Union Healthcare replaces Siomiak, Arthur Large will step in to take over operations as temporary managing director.
Large has previous experience of taking charge of major organisations during such transitory periods.
The company also said it has not yet made a decision on a replacement for Carroll as sales director.
Commenting on the departures, NUH press officer Louise Zucchi said: “With our recent merger, we are looking at new ways of running Norwich Union operations and are using this period after the departure of Mike Siomiak and Steve Carroll as an opportunity to do that.”
Zucchi added that there were currently no details as to when the company would be appointing new people to these high-profile roles.
