Exeter Friendly is launching a website as part of its re-branding operation.
Traditionally, Exeter Friendly has appealed to older customers but the recent product make-over has repositioned them in the market place.
The site will cater for both intermediaries and consumers, offering up to date product information. “Our new website communicate clearly what we do and how we do it,” says Robin Payne, general manager, business development. “Visitors to the site can find out all about private medical insurance as well as requesting literature on-line.”
Commenting on the potential of the site, he added: “We feel sure that the web will become an increasingly important aspect of our marketing mix”
