BUPA has launched a new TV advertising campaign, designed to be the next step in the company’s “Amazing” campaign which first hit the screens in 1993.
The main ad of the four ad campaign features twins (above), and aims to put over the central message that the health insurer regards every one of its cunstomers as “special”.
The theme is reinforced by the campaign’s closing comments: “Isn’t it amazing that with all the billions of people in the world, you never get two the same.”
The campaign is intended to show BUPA as approachable and to display its range of schemes and services.
The campaign is being televised at the same time that BUPA goes live with a major £50 million package of improvements.
Pat Stafford, marketing director, said:”BUPA’s medical credentials have always been second to none, and our new message about attention to the individual customer needs confirms the attention which we give to each and every person in our care.”
