Lockton clients get OneHub access via Benefex partnership

Customers will have a centrally operated multinational benefits offering

Insurance broker Lockton is partnering with Benefex, the company behind employee experience platform OneHub, to make its technology available to clients around the globe.

Lockton’s benefits clients will get access to OneHub, enabling them to see their employee benefits schemes via the online system.

The broker claimed this will improve their employees’ experience with technology at work and deliver streamlined, more positive interactions between employee and employer.

“The scalability of OneHub makes Benefex a perfect partner for Lockton,” said Jon Green, Lockton’s regional head of benefits UK and Europe. “Our client portfolio is diverse, and so the flexibility of the platform will be hugely beneficial in catering to all of our clients’ technological needs.”

Matt Macri-Waller, founder and CEO of Benefex, added that Lockton’s experience in international markets combined with OneHub’s agility means their mutual customers will have a robust multinational offering, centrally operated, but mindful of regional laws and needs.

“Benefex’s existing clients will be able to quickly and confidently expand their offering into any of their other regions, backed up with scalable technology and trusted overseas brokers,” he added.
